How is the moss preserved?
The moss is preserved through a non-toxic process that replaces its natural sap with a biodegradable preserving agent. This allows the moss to retain its soft texture, vibrant color, and natural appearance without needing any light or water.
Is the cedar wood treated?
Our natural cedar wood is carefully selected and often treated to enhance its longevity and natural beauty. The specific treatment depends on the design, but it's always chosen to be safe for indoor environments.
Are your products truly maintenance-free?
Yes, absolutely! Our preserved moss and wood art requires zero maintenance. There's no need for watering, sunlight, trimming, or any other upkeep. Simply hang and enjoy for years to come.
Does the art have a smell?
You may notice a faint, pleasant earthy scent from the natural cedar wood, especially when the piece is new. This natural aroma typically fades over time and is part of the authentic natural experience.
Does the moss art shed?
Due to movement during transit, it's possible for a small amount of moss shedding to occur when you first unbox your art. This is completely normal and minimal. We recommend giving the piece a gentle shake over a waste bin upon arrival. After this initial settling, you should not experience any further shedding.
Is the art suitable for outdoor use?
No, Serenzy art is designed for indoor use only. Exposure to direct sunlight, rain, high humidity, or extreme temperatures outdoors will damage the preserved moss and wood.

How do I clean my Serenzy art?
Since the art is preserved, it's best to avoid getting it wet. For dusting, gently blow off any dust with a hairdryer on a cool, low setting from a safe distance, or use a soft, dry brush. Do not use water or chemical cleaners.
Where should I hang my Serenzy art?
Hang your art indoors, away from:
- Direct sunlight (which can fade the moss over time).
- High humidity areas (like directly above a shower).
- Direct heat sources (like radiators or fireplaces).
- Areas prone to frequent physical contact.
Can I touch the moss?
While you can gently touch the moss, we recommend avoiding excessive handling to preserve its texture and appearance for longer.

What is your shipping policy?
